Julius Caesar is my favorite when it comes to Shakespeare's plays. This is the reason I decided to base one of my genres on it, besides the fact that I'd been meaning to create a website on Julius Caesar, or at least Shakespeare, for a long time! In order to make this website, I had to go back into the play and find some quotes, look others up in The Arden Dictionary of Shakespeare Quotations, and search incesantly for JC or Shakespeare-related links. For the essay (Was Cassius Really the Villan of Julius Caesar?), I had to have a good understanding of the text (since it was an in-class essay). I also had to have a good understanding of the play in order to create character sketches, with some insight from this website. Any resources I used can be found in the links section of this website.
